Tim is an enthusiastic leader and thrives in fostering relationships with clients to create social spaces that reflect the unique character and interests of their community. A versatile designer, his work ranges from healthcare to educational campuses. Tim leads projects from consensus-building input through completion, ensuring that each design grows from a sustainable foundation, with technical rigor and a focus on character, purpose and place.
Having built an in-depth understanding of the planning and design process, Tim has worked on urban projects of all types and scales. Tim is not just a managing partner, but is involved in every aspect of the project. Tim believes the most critical part of the planning process is communication and works tirelessly to ensure this process is open and balanced.
Tim is naturally straight-forward, pragmatic, and always encouraging individuals to make the most of their creative talents. His down-to-earth personality and his love for his family and Michigan State Spartan’s are evident to anyone who has been around him.
